Gemstones – to make Practical Glamour pieces, I only use natural gemstones and the turquoise used is stabilised to promote long wear.
Pearls – Generally I use glass pearls, but sometimes make use of cultured freshwater pearls. The description of the piece will tell you which it contains.
Beads – All my pieces incorporate either Czech Glass beads, Swarovski Crystals or a very nice selection of glass beads from China and India. I do not use plastic or acrylic beads at all.
Metal – The findings and metal beads in Practice Glamour pieces are high quality gold or silver plated. Remeber – this is costume jewellery!!! So I do not use ‘real’ gold or silver - if you want a solid silver or gold item, please visit a jeweller.
From the Market Stall
Items from the market stall can be ordered by email if you are unable to attend a market stall or have a visit from me in your home or work premises.
Simply download an order form (right click on that link and save it to your computer works best on PCs); then fill out the order form with your requirements and email it to me at: orders@practicalglamour.com.au
You will receive an acknowledgement of your order that includes instructions for payment.
